Azoya and China Resources Networks deepen partnership with new cross-border e-commerce venture

To satisfy massive consumer demand for quality and authenticity in China, Azoya will supply CRC’s HuaRunTong with premium merchandise via cross-border e-commerce

October 23, 2017 at Shenzhen. Azoya, a leading cross-border e-commerce solution provider, had entered new partnership with China Resources Networks to distribute overseas merchandise on the HuaRunTong mobile app via cross-border e-commerce. This marks the second collaboration between Azoya and China Resources Networks to satisfy Chinese consumers’ growing demand for high-quality overseas products, following a successful partnership with J1.com.

China Resources Networks is a subsidiary of China Resources Holdings (CRC), a state-owned conglomerate registered in Hong Kong. This conglomerate is well-known in China for its strong retail operation, which covers more than 6000 offline retail outlets, including big brands such as Vanguard, Mix City Malls, Tesco China, Olé and BLT. Beyond retail, CRC also has ventures in the financial, infrastructure and real estate industries.

 HuaRunTong app is China Resources Network’s mobile e-commerce platform, which integrates B2C online retail, offline-to-online (O2O) service, CRM, financial service, real estate, and more. It offers CRC customers a wide range of products and services, and is closely connected to CRC’s 6000 retail outlets. Apart from CRC’s own brands, HuaRunTong App selected superior cooperation partners across diverse industries to join. Azoya was selected by CRC as one of the core products suppliers. Under the partnership agreement, Azoya takes care of product sourcing and logistics for HuaRunTong.
