Azoya, a leading turnkey eCommerce solutions and services provider dedicated to the China market, announced today a strategic partnership with ChannelAdvisor, a leading provider of cloud-based e-commerce solutions. The joint solution enables retailers and brands who have already on ChannelAdvisor’s platform to sell to China without any extra operational work. Again, Azoya has broadened its bridge connecting overseas retailers and China’s booming cross-border shopping market.

In this collaboration, ChannelAdvisor will channel the products feed of retailers to Azoya’s eCommerce system, and channel back the order data from the retailers’ Chinese online store created by Azoya. The two processes are done by API, thus to reduce the extra work needed in expanding to a new market. In addition, all operational work including localized marketing, customer services, logistics and more will be covered by Azoya’s turnkey solutions.

ChannelAdvisor has a wide selection of retailer partners. Among these retailers from all over the world, many have the intention to sell to China but are held back for the daunting work of local operation and a lack of understanding of the local market. The strategic partnership with Azoya enables many retailers to capitalize the opportunity in the China market in a risk-free way.

“We are excited to partner with ChannelAdvisor to help more retailers  expand to a challenging market,” said Alex Huang, CEO of Azoya. “With Azoya’s turnkey cross-border eComerce solutions and ChannelAdvisor’s vast network of merchants, retailers now have access to China’s booming retail market without adding pressure on their current work load.”

The ChannelAdvisor platform offers brands and retailers leading cloud-based solutions to efficiently automate and manage the online selling process across multiple channels, including third-party marketplaces and digital marketing channels such as paid search and comparison shopping engines. Through a single inventory feed, ChannelAdvisor customers can manage their overall online selling process, from listing to order management, from one platform.
