The role will be involved in social commerce operation, new business developing and strategic consulting for our retail clients on China e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on China e-commerce projects, in-depth understanding over Chinese digital marketing landscape, and familiar with Chinese cross-border e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities
- Support global brand & retail client’s day-to-day China e-commerce operation; report directly to Head Quarter team in Shenzhen.
- As the SPOC of Azoya, the account manager should manage the communication directly with SPOC from client side, organize weekly, monthly review meetings, strategy meetings, and topics discussions if required.
- Work closely with e-commerce team, digital marketing department and strategy department to analyze client performance across various e-com and media channels, develop operation plan & marketing plan,
- Work closely with logistics department to manage forecast & replenishment process for clients for bonded warehouse or global inventories; keep close watch of product inventories, marketing plan, KOL plan and holiday sales plan, and coordinate with clients on product replenishment.
- Work with e-commerce and digital marketing team to develop brand training materials for team and external parties.
- Effectively plan programs to enhance user activity through customer acquisition, retention, and conversion, based on customer behavior analysis; Organize users’ feedback and suggestion, optimize live-stream campaign scheme, and achieve KPIs on live-stream subscription, acquisition and retention.
- Support all other back office functions required for the projects including but not limited to finance, legal, product development, design & visuals, creative assets, etc.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- 3+ years' of experience in digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce industry or bricks & mortar retail.
- Familiar with Chinese e-commerce platforms and social media platforms; familiar with digital marketing methods including but not limited to PPC marketing, influencer marketing, etc.
- Good KOL network (fashion/beauty/mom & baby) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capability of working with multi-cultural team under multi-lingual environment (English, Mandarin, Cantonese)
- Focused and goal-oriented.

The role will be involved in new business developing and strategic consulting for our retail clients on China e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding over Chinese e-commerce landscape, and familiar with Chinese cross-border online marketplaces including Tmall Global and JD Global. We also hope the candidate should demonstrate in-depth understanding over WeChat & Little Red Book ecosystems.

- Identify business opportunities including but not limited to China market entry, e-commerce operation outsourcing, e-commerce solutions, e-com R&D projects, social commerce, etc.
- Reaching out to business leads on behalf of HQ; establish contact with target clients; define & research decision making process; assist HQ in solution design & business proposals; participate & lead commercial discussion; and support business onboarding.
- Working closely with our international PR team and external agencies to promote Azoya showcases, though leadership contents, industry white papers, and webinars.
- Perform due diligence on behalf of HQ for clients and assist clients for on-site campaigns or meetings from time to time.
- Report to Azoya HQ in Shenzhen, China and regional managing director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- 3+ years' of experience in FMCG industry or fashion industry; ideally with a digital marketing or consulting background;
- E-commerce background is a plus;
- Familiar with Chinese e-commerce platforms and social media platforms;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capability of working with multi-cultural team
- Native English speaker
- Focused and goal-oriented.

B2B Marketing Manager

We are looking for a junior marketing manager for B2B content marketing, PR and events. In this exciting role, the Junior Marketing Manager will work closely with Azoya’s international team to develop robust global and regional marketing campaigns, maintain & expand our PR network, support Azoya Thought Leadership Programs, online & offline events, as well as our industrial partnership program.
He/she will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and have the chance to interact with the China marketing & operations teams, who run China e-commerce businesses for overseas brands & retailers.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MISSION?
- Research China e-commerce market and contribute to Azoya's blog.

- Draft corporate case studies and industry white papers.
- Research & identify PR partners.
- Overseeing Azoya’s corporate websites, LinkedIn accounts, solution sites, WeChat Work, WeChat OA, and EDM operation.
- Leverage analytical tools to report and improve digital marketing performance. Adopt industry best practices in B2B marketing, and PR.
WHO IS OUR BEST MATCH?
- At least 3 years or above experience in international PR & content marketing.
- Good English writing skills and inter-person communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of beauty and cosmetics, FMCG, luxury & fashion industries will be a plus.
- Having a good PR network in e-commerce, beauty, the fashion industry will be a plus.
- English & Mandarin as working language. Native English speaker or having experience working abroad would be a plus.
- Strong & demonstrated capability of presentation & reporting skill.
