Job Position 1: 

Looking for SENIOR CORPORATE MARKETING MANAGER

Full-time | Shenzhen, China

We are looking for a seasoned marketer to help take Azoya Group’s brand awareness and content marketing to the next level. In this exciting role, the Corporate Marketing Manager will work closely with Azoya’s international team to develop robust global and regional marketing campaigns, maintain & expand our PR network, continue to develop Azoya Thought Leadership Programs, online & offline events, as well as our industrial partnership program.

He/she will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and have the chance to interact with the China marketing & operations teams, who run China e-commerce businesses for overseas brands & retailers.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MISSION?

Ÿ  Strategizing for Azoya’s brand building, budgeting, annual marketing plan, and leading internal marketing team & external agencies for the successful execution of a marketing plan.

Ÿ  PR Network maintaining, developing, and campaign execution.

Ÿ  Working collectively with team members and industry experts to delivering Azoya Thought Leadership Program (ATLP). Provide in-depth analysis of China e-commerce markets, FMCG & fashion markets to ATLP audience.

Ÿ  Identify, research, and participate online & offline marketing events including but not limited to webinar opportunities, offline seminar, training sessions, exhibition, and 1v1 meetings.

Ÿ  Overseeing Azoya’s corporate websites, LinkedIn accounts, solution sites, WeChat Work, WeChat OA, and EDM operation. Leverage analytical tools to report and improve performance. Adopt industry best practices in B2B marketing, and PR.

Ÿ  Managing a junior marketing specialist and a team of overseas PR freelancers, who will assist with global B2B marketing + PR campaigns.

WHO IS OUR BEST MATCH?

Ÿ  At least 3 years or above experience in international PR & content marketing.

Ÿ  Good English writing skills and inter-person communication skills.

Ÿ  In-depth understanding of beauty and cosmetics, FMCG, luxury & fashion industries will be a plus.

Ÿ   Having a good PR network in e-commerce, beauty, the fashion industry will be a plus.

Ÿ   English & Mandarin as working language. Native English speaker or having experience working abroad would be a plus.

Ÿ   Strong & demonstrated capability of presentation & reporting skill.

Job Position 2:

Looking for MARKETING & PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER

Full-time | Shenzhen, China

We are looking for a motivated, energetic Marketing & Partnerships Manager to join its Overseas Marketing Team in Shenzhen. The role involves educating international brands and retailers about the China e-commerce market through B2B marketing & PR activities, as well as setting up partnerships with other players in the China digital ecosystem.

The candidate will play a crucial role in growing the company’s business, which consists of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and digital transformation projects for international brands and retailers in China. The majority of the company’s sales leads are generated by inbound marketing & PR campaigns, which serve to help potential clients better understand China’s digital ecosystem.

He/she will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and have the chance to interact with the China marketing & operations teams, who run China e-commerce businesses for overseas brands & retailers.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MISSION?

Ÿ   Promotion of the company’s brand and generating sales leads for the company’s e-commerce & digital services

Ÿ   Writing thought leadership pieces and bylined articles about retail & e-commerce for the company’s blog, e-mail newsletter, and guest posts in global retail publications

Ÿ   PR outreach to overseas journalists, as well as managing PR freelancers

Ÿ   Executing b2b marketing campaigns through paid advertising partnerships with global retail media publications

Ÿ   Acting as a global spokesperson and evangelist for China retail & e-commerce; speaking for industry-relevant webinars, events, conferences, etc. and handling inbound inquiries from journalists

Ÿ   Managing English language website, weekly e-mail newsletter, and social media accounts (WeChat + LinkedIn), monitoring analytics for each of these assets

Ÿ   Working with the design team to create infographics, charts, banners, etc. for use in the company’s marketing materials and media assets

Ÿ   Holding initial discussions with customer prospects; work closely with the business development team to follow up with and potentially pitch prospects. Occasional analysis of e-commerce categories, products, and competitors for customer pitches

Ÿ   Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, such as digital marketing agencies, logistics firms, payments companies, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, etc.

 

WHO IS OUR BEST MATCH?

Ÿ   Applicants must have strong English language skills and have a track record of writing English-language content for social media or publications. Please send some writing samples through e-mail.

Ÿ   Applicants must be okay with working in an entrepreneurial, start-up environment with less structure and supervision.

Ÿ  It is preferred that applicants have at least two years of b2b marketing & PR experience

Ÿ  It is preferred that applicants have spent some time abroad as they are required to participate in meetings with journalists, partners, and companies from overseas

Ÿ  It is preferred that applicants have a demonstrated interest in or past experience working in China's retail & e-commerce industry
