E-commerce Operation Manager (Hong Kong)
Azoya, a borderless e-commerce solution provider and a full-service agency, is looking for a professional account manager to join Hong Kong branch. The role will be involved in social commerce operation, new business developing and strategic consulting for our retail clients on China e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on China e-commerce projects, in-depth understanding over Chinese e-commerce landscape, and familiar with Chinese cross-border e-commerce landscape.

Support Hong Kong SAR client’s day-to-day China social commerce operation (WeChat mini-program); report directly to Head Quarter team in Shenzhen.
Plan and execute live-stream campaigns, increase campaign publicity, activities, content, and promotion, and analyze operation data for evaluation and optimization to ensure active participation and good effect.
Identify, recruit & manage Internet KOL as anchors of e-commerce livestream campaigns.
Effectively plan programs to enhance user activity through customer acquisition, retention, and conversion, based on customer behavior analysis; Organize users’ feedback and suggestion, optimize live-stream campaign scheme, and achieve KPIs on live-stream subscription, acquisition and retention.
Work closely with offline merchants to ensure smooth onboarding process for merchant to launch on live-stream campaign.
Liaise with video/live production team for successful & smooth on-site execution of live-stream campaigns, and ensuring good & stable video quality.
Participate in new business development activities in Hong Kong SAR, and act as Azoya’s e-commerce consultant to meet & consult with local potential clients.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
3+ years' of experience in FMCG industry or e-commerce.
Experience in managing China live-stream campaign is a must.
Familiar with Chinese e-commerce platforms and social media platforms; familiar with digital marketing methods including but not limited to PPC marketing, KOL/KOC, celebrity.
Good KOL network (fashion/beauty/mom & baby) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capability of working with multi-cultural team under multi-lingual environment (English, Mandarin, Cantonese)
Focused and goal-oriented.
